Simple, apply directly to clean and dry feet. Remove any oils and lotions from the bottom of your foot, remove the clear protective liner from the adhesive pad, place the cushion on the area of your foot where you experience pain. Reposition if necessary. Save the protective liner and use it to protect the adhesive in-between uses. Store and reuse up to 5 times.
Most people use 2, either on the ball of foot or the heels. It depends on where you suffer from foot pain. Some people use them on both areas at the same time. Try for yourself, start with 2, you're in control now.
